To register for and use Wavey, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from using the App.
You must not be a person barred from using online services under applicable law.

You may be asked to provide proof of age during registration. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account immediately.

3. Child Safety and Reporting

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. We take child safety seriously and strictly prohibit the use of the App by anyone under the age of 18.

If you encounter any content or users that you believe are violating the child safety or age restrictions, please report it to us immediately through our in-app reporting system.

Wavey does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or available at all times. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur from using the App.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
